If it doesn't seem to be working:
1. Follow the instructions here to make sure you have a message to send in the first place:
2. Make sure you have entered your mobile number in the mobile number field in your profile (click "edit profile" from your dashboard).
3. On your dashboard, click "text marketing", near the top right, to see all your text codes.
4. Click "show" next to the text code you are trying to use, and follow the instructions on that page to test it.
