If your profile photo or logo is not saving properly, this is usually one of two reasons:
Your image is not a .jpg file: Make sure your image ends in ".jpg". If it's not, you can ask the person who originally sent you your profile image to send you a "jpeg" version, which is a file that ends in .jpg
Your image is too large: If your image is larger than 3 or 4 megabytes, ask the person who originally sent you the image to send you a smaller size.
If neither of those options work for you, please attach the image to your email when you contact us, and we can resize or reformat the image for you.
