1. From your dashboard, click "Edit Property".

2. Scroll to the bottom, then click where it says "Click for Free Text Marketing With Call Capture". You may need to click on the actual words for the box to expand. Once it expands, you may need to scroll down to see the box.

3. Enter a short message you'd like to send to potential buyers who request more info. Usually, people enter the price, beds, baths, agent's phone numer and also copy and paste the link to the property site. 

4. If it doesn't seem to be working, make sure you have entered your mobile number in your profile (click "edit profile" from your dashboard). Also make sure you are texting "homeinfo ####" where #### is your property id number. Make sure to include the word "homeinfo" and a space, then the property ID number
