Text W/ Call Capture Isn't Working

If it doesn't seem to be working:
1. Follow the instructions here to make sure you set it up properly:

2. Make sure you have entered your mobile number in the mobile number field in your profile (click "edit profile" from your dashboard).
3. Make sure you are texting "homeinfo ####" where #### is your property id number. Make sure to include the word "homeinfo" and a space, then the property ID number.
4. Test it by sending the text message "homeinfo 47" to 69940 and you should receive a text back, as that property is setup properly.
5. If you do not get a text back after sending the message "homeinfo 47" to the number 69940, make sure you included the word homeinfo and a space between that word and the 47. If you're still not getting anything, please contact us so we can troubleshoot with you.
