We use google maps to provide the map on your property site. If the map is showing the wrong location, that means that google maps is plotting it incorrectly. You can use your own custom map link if you prefer. To do so:
1. Visit http://maps.google.com/ and locate your property. If you can't find it on google maps, then unfortunately at this time there's nothing else you can do except turn the map off. To hide the map, go to the edit property page, then at the very bottom right click "advanced options". Then check the box for "hide map".
2. If you were able to properly locate your property on google maps, then click the "link" icon near the top left of the google maps page. Select the top link, copy it, and then go to the edit property page of your account. On the bottom right of that page, click advanced options to expand the box. In that box, check the box that says "use alternate map". Click update, and return to the edit property page. Now when you click advanced options, you'll see a space to paste in your map link. Paste it and click update at the bottom.
